Eric is an alumnus of the Boston University School of Law admitted to the New York State Bar. He is not only trained in U.S. law focusing on banking, securities and fund regulation, but also in the laws of the E.U. specializing in financial law, white-collar crime laws, fraudulent debt-collection practices, corruption, judicial corruption, with many cases and evidence due to Netherlands’s narco-state and tax-haven issues. As such, he has a thorough knowledge of the laws and regulatory framework of both the U.S. and E.U.

In his years of experience, in the U.S. and overseas, he developed a variety of legal skills, including strong analytical, writing and organization skills. He worked for the American Antitrust Institute on antitrust research.
